On December 10, 2020, the Japan-America Society of Hawaii (JASH) hosted the third installment in our “Women Who Lead” talk-story series entitled Serving the Community Through the Cherry Blossom Festival. Our panelists for this webinar were the 68th Cherry Blossom Festival Court with moderator Kim Takata Endo, Cherry Blossom Festival Court Advisor.

Attendees learned about the 68th Cherry Blossom Festival Court’s journey serving the community through the COVID-19 pandemic. Also shared were the lessons they've learned through the Cherry Blossom Festival Queen Contestant experience and their reflections on leadership for Japanese-American women.

JASH would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Kim Takata Endo and the 68th Cherry Blossom Festival Court for making the program possible.
