Our 31st Annual JASH Friendship Golf Classic presented by Pacific Guardian Life is just over two weeks away! During these sunny days of summer, what better place to spend a day than at the beautiful and EXCLUSIVE Mid-Pacific Country Club?

To kick-off our Golf Classic, don’t forget to purchase your entries for our Golf Ball Drop fundraiser! With the help of Mauna Loa Helicopters, 1,000 numbered golf balls will be dropped over a hole at the MPCC. The FIVE balls to enter or fall closest to the hole will win incredible prizes, such as:

Upcoming Events
Planned and organized by the JASH NexGen Advisory Board, our 2nd Annual JASH NexGen Natsumatsuri will be on Thursday, July 29 from 6-7pm (HST)! The program, themed around Tanabata ‘Star Festival’ will be hybrid event, broadcast to you live from Natsunoya Tea House via Zoom. Your virtual attendance is free, but proceeds from our tempting add-ons will support future JASH programming.
The evening will be filled with:
* Great take-home meals from Rinka Japanese Restaurant,
* Interactive tanzaku lucky draw,
* Awesome entertainment by Alternative Taiko Unit Garyu from Hiroshima,
* Sake tasting courtesy of Keith Nakaganeku of The Cherry Co.,
* Cultural demonstration with the 69th Cherry Blossom Festival Court,
* and stories of Tanabata presented by Kintetsu International!

Virtual Program Tokai Juku 2021: Japanese Language & Culture Online Summer Camp July 19-23, 2021 Registration Deadline: July 9, 2021
This program provides a perfect opportunity for high school students to reinforce and enrich what they have learned in their Japanese classes. There will be activities with our Hawaii Tokai college students to practice speaking in Japanese and learn more about their lifestyles in Japan! For details and to register, click here.
