Updated: Feb 17, 2022

The Japan-America Society of Hawaii is saddened to announce the cancellation of our 2022 New Year’s Reception.

Two key factors led us to make this difficult decision: First and foremost being the recent surge in COVID-19 cases; and second being the untraditionally late December date of our recent annual Bridge Awards Event and Silent Auction. Out of consideration for everyone’s safety, we decided it best to cancel our annual New Year’s Reception.

We will miss celebrating the new year together with all of you, but we look forward to carefully resuming in-person events and programs in 2022.

Stay tuned to hear more about our exciting plans for the new year!

Until then, stay safe and stay healthy!
