JASH Weekly Update 5/28

Dear Members and Friends of JASH: Welcome to our JASH Weekly Update! We hope this email finds you and your family safe and in good health. This week we’d like to feature Tonkatsu Tamafuji Restaurant where JASH hosted the Taste of JASH – Hokkaido last November. This regional cuisine event was extremely popular and one of five events featuring cuisine from our Sister States in Japan: Hokkaido, Okinawa, Hiroshima, Fukuoka and Ehime. Over 80 guests enjoyed popular delicious variations of tonkatsu, deep fried dishes, and unlimited servings of special Hokkaido rice and condiments. Mr. Taiji Nakanishi, President of Dokyu USA Inc. which is the parent company of Tonkatsu Tamafuji was here from Hokkaido and attended the event. JASH members and their guests enjoyed Mr. Nakanishi’s and staff’s warm hospitality and customer service. We recently reached out to Mr. Yuta Kobiyama, General Manager of Tonkatsu Tamafuji about take out options. They are open daily from 11:00am to 8:00pm EXCEPT on Tuesday. Check out the TO GO MENU!
